Pelican catching a fish

Several pelicans were feeding on a shoal of flat iron herrings that were swimming in a large shoal near the marina jetty the fish were jumping to escape the dives of the pelicans but this one was caught in full flight by the waiting pelican. Image taken in La Paz Baja California Sur Mexico
